“The place is great. Just a little far out of town. That’s not a deal breaker for us though. No batteries in the tv remotes in two bedrooms. Had some batteries for one of the two in the truck though. No big deal. It happens. Had to try different variations on the WiFi password. The one listed was not accurate. Overall it was a good experience. The place was very clean and good water pressure. No coffee though. Hot chocolate, tea and creamer. No coffee. Thanks for the stay. ”

“Very pleased with our stay. Location provides easy access to the bustle of Bentonville, yet in a quieter neighborhood. Owners were quickly responsive and helpful. “This place was incredible!! We reserved it for a “girls trip” and found that there was plenty of room for us each to have our own space in addition to there being plenty of room for us to gather when we were together. The owners were responsive and kind and friendly. The backyard is truly a tranquil oasis with a beautiful covered patio that allows you to even sit outside when it rains. “Jim and Jae truly have a slice of paradise on Lake Ann. Jim greeted us as we pulled in to their beautiful property overlooking the lake.
