Indulge in a unique and unforgettable stay at our Canyon View Treehouse. Located in the heart of Arkansas, you'll be surrounded by gorgeous mountains and spectacular views of the Arkansas Grand Canyon. Take a moment to relax and unwind on the spacious balcony, where you can sip on a cup of coffee while soaking in the natural beauty of the area. At Buffalo River Vacations our goal is to go above & beyond to make sure that our guests have an unforgettable getaway!

This house has a kitchen/dining/living room open concept living area. The master bedroom and beautiful bathroom complete the main floor. There is a Dish and Roku TV in the living room.

Spa Luxury: Soak in our high-end Jason Air Tub, where thousands of warm microbubbles create a cloud-like, full-body massage. Unlike outdoor hot tubs, this indoor spa stays pristine, quiet, and perfectly warm — no bugs, no chill, just pure forest serenity. Your own private treetop sanctuary of wellness and relaxation.
The gorgeous bathroom also has a spacious shower with 3 shower heads, including a waterfall. The bathroom is stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. Upstairs is an open loft with 2 sets of bunk beds. The bottom bunks are full size and the top beds are twin size. Wake up to an amazing view from your bed in the loft!

The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies, dishes, grilling utensils, coffee and coffee making supplies. We provide bed, bath and kitchen linens.

There is a washer and dryer for guest's use. Laundry and Dishwasher detergent as well as dishwashing soap are provided.

The spacious deck has a hammock, propane grill (propane provided), gas firepit (propane also provided) and some cozy chairs to relax and enjoy the view.

You will have access to the entire house aside from a few locked closets for the host's use.

Your privacy will be respected and we are not on site, but we are happy to answer any questions you may have.

This home is out in the country overlooking the beautiful Arkansas Grand Canyon. It sits right beside Highway 7 South, so there is some traffic noise at times.
HOUSE RULES
-Check in time is after 4PM
-Check out time is by 11AM
-Must be honest about number of guests. Additional guests will be charged extra guest fees.
-Quiet time from 10PM-7AM.
-No pets, smoking, fireworks, substance abuse, or ATV use on property.
-Vehicles must stay on designated driveways and parking areas.
-No loud music or noisy partying.

If these policies are broken, you may be charged a minimum fee of $250. Outdoor surveillance in use.

DAMAGES
If there are damages found, you will be subject to a damage fee or, if your reservation included an incidental deposit, Buffalo River Vacations, LLC reserves the right to charge for any damages found.

CANCELLATIONS
Strict - Free cancellation for 48 hours
After that, cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee and Taxes. Cancel up to 30 days before check in for 100% refund minus service fee and taxes. Canceling less then 14 days prior to check in is non refundable.
