「Door lock keypad had a broken cover that was taped on. Bedside lamp didn’t work. Front door paint needed to be refreshed. You could see white and black paint. Room door stuck terribly and was very hard to open and close. Hallway carpet looked dirty and there was an odor. Toaster oven had had something melted on top of it and looked unappealing.
