「When I opened the door I noticed right away the place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked as is the bathroom toiletries. I reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes. Communications are 5 stars. The property is well maintained. The neighbors we met where very nice and easy to get alone with. Which is a plus. Washer and dryer worked great for us. If you want a quiet place on the river this is your spot. .」

「This place was wonderful! It’s tucked enough away to enjoy the solitude, but not enough to make a run into town for things you need. This is a wonderful place to unwind and reset and Lisa, our host, had great communication with us! Everything was clean and had a very welcoming feel. 「Very nicely decorated 3/2 manufactured home! Really loved the layout and the master suite is massive! That shower, tub, and bedroom is sooooo nice! However, I think the water is well water or reclaimed and has a funky smell, but thats the only complaint. It's on a dirt road that I don't think is mentioned, but that dirt is well packed to bring a trailer across.」

「We can't say enough how wonderful it was to stay at this house. The location was perfect, on a street right across from the Suwanee, near the State Park. The house was recently updated and immaculately clean. It had a lot of charm, too. "Chase's Retreat" is filled with wonderful artwork. Great communication by the owner. Could not ask for more. 「What a fantastic stay! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and just a short drive into town for food and shopping. The lot is well kept and very spacious! Beautifully decorated. Lots of room to spread out and for larger families not to feel so on top of each other. The kitchen was very well stocked - I was impressed with all they have to offer! Pool was cold (mid may)- but kids don't care! So many places outside to sit and enjoy. Great and fast communication with owners/property manager....

「It was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we got in to the last moment. Will come back again and will recommended to anyone wanting to decompress and stay grounded. It is Nature at its best. The welcome of Benson and Trudy is beyond words! 「The little house on the river is very homey and cozy. The river view from the windows is amazing. So many stars to gaze at during the night and the peaceful flow of the river washes away all your worries. Great place for a couples getaway or a family gathering. Dorothy the host was amazing.
