「職員10分友善，因為航班延誤未能趕及酒店安排的定時shuttle，但酒店都很貼心，專門讓司機等我。
另外酒店早餐10分豐富，很多選擇這亦是我很滿意的地方。
但是酒店房間真的10分舊，看到很多歷史的痕跡。另外因為有大量花草樹木，就算開了防蚊設備，仍然給蚊子咬了。房間的設施比較舊，空調聲音實在太大，這亦會影響睡眠。
本人不是太喜歡太有‘歷史’的酒店。

「Amenities..i resever a hotel with a work out room..the night employee totd me it opened at 530am..i set alarm for that and he walked me over to a boarded up room...there is no work out area for..please if thats important you be advised...
He was nice and gave me more calories in pasties..yet how do i work that off.
Bottom line is he lied to me and didnt deny it.」

「The place and room were extremely clean and beautiful. The front desk was friendly and professional especially Sherina. She was the best.
The breakfast is Yummy but way too oily. The place is very clean. 」

「虽然距离机场有些距离，不过旅店环境优美，周围环山围绕，一栋栋爪哇风格的房舍错落在山林之中，甚美。客房服务非常周到，一天两次的打扫，每次外出回到房间都是一片干净整齐。每个房间都有个大阳台，面对山岚翠木，家人共聚聊天。土耳其式的蒸汽浴非常特别，享受难得的幽静。客房数量不多，走在园里见不到什么客人，宁静不吵杂，是个放松生活压力的好去处。」
