"Have stayed many times over the past 4 years. Always a great experience."

"Carpet was being replaced and wallpaper being redone when we stayed there so it was a bit chaotic as they ripped out entire hallways at once- hard to get to our rooms, the elevator or stairs. Smell was fairly strong, too. Suggest maybe doing the main floor during the week and not a weekend when it is likely busier? Staff not at front desk- always have to ring a bell and wait if you need anything."

"First of all, the price for the quality was outrageous. We wouldn't have stayed there if there had been a other reasonable option. The room was tiny. The heater would kick on and blow cold air for a while then warm. It kicked on every few minutes all night long. We locked the dead bolt on the door then couldn't get it unlocked. The manager reluctantly came over and helped. We were afraid to lock it again. When we left in the morning, there was a sign saying the office was closed until 9 pm with no instructions as to where to drop the key. I found a box with a slot in the top and put the key in it. I hope it was the correct place. I would only stay there again if it was an absolute emergency and no other option within 50 miles."

"They never replenished breakfast. I was in the breakfast room for about half an hour and no one bothered to provide more eggs and sausage. Staff seems surly."
