Worst hotel! Do not stay. All of us got sick. The hotel is super gloomy and you can tell something is off just after entering. Rooms leak water from every wall if you set AC above 23. Walls leak to the point where the floor is wet too. We changed room for same reason but this was the issue for all rooms. AC is not good at all. We were getting so sick we had to open windows. Washroom leak water from shower. Bedding is not up to the mark. Everything has a weird smell. Mattresses are sunken and pillows are like bricks. Don't get me started on breakfast everything is tasteless. Cereal was stale. Almost all the very few guest they had were eating fruits or egg.

Camera pulita ma molto rumorosa per il condizionatore eh deve essere lasciato necessariamente accia causa della forte umidità della città. Personale molto gentile. Avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona e comoda per spostarsi anche a piedi. La colazione è ottima ed il personale addetto è attento. Detto ciò tutto il resto è pessimo. Abbiamo prenotato la junior suite per 2 notti, le lenzuola erano sporche, avevamo asciugamani di pessima qualità solo per 1 persona, lil giorno dopo non hanno pulito la camera fino a nostro reclamo ed hanno lasciato in stanza le lenzuola rimosse. Per tutto il periodo non abbiamo avuto acqua calda nella doccia. Staff operativo incapace e manager poco attenti. Soldi buttati Detto ciò tutto il rpessimo.Abbiamo prenotato la junior suite per 2 notti.

Over rated, and over price Hotel as 4 star hotel Should be 3 stars only, Staff y unfriendly with poor language skills Also, some basics are missed when you check in, No towels on the room and you need to ask for it to get them and the toiletries are of the very cheep stuffs Also, TV channels are of bad quality specially Saudi Quran, a s they were unable to get maj tenable person to fix it and they are using old & damage TV RC - there are picture of these RC

Avoid at all costs....

We made over reservations through hotel.com for the reviews it had good rating and pictures of the reality was different.... Room was dirty had this weird smell. Poor air quality in room. The carpet was dirty. Had mold in the bathroom... Dust over the counter and chair. Tap and bidet had a leak and the toilet was loose... The room had no towels in the room upon arrival at 12 AM... As they were not prepared for us... It is not family friendly.... And smoke smell is all over the floors.... Breakfast was horrible... We ended up eating outside...

Room: spacious, aircon was good n amenties ok Internet: quite stable Bfast: pretty good spread Location: laundry, barber n eateries walkable However my room was infested with insects, after a while didnt let it bother but everyday they are there esp toilet

A fantastic hotel with luxury ! Reception : We were welcomed by the receptionist team. It was hard to find the booking but later on they found it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room: Very specious room, comfort and lux indeed . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cleanses : Very cleaned and well maintained ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Facilities: Everything was there and in good condition ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Check in & out timing : We were offered extra hour as we were catching a late flight ✈️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Breakfast: Very delicious and great choice of foods were provided as breakfast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall: overall it was a great experience and wonderful staff at the hotel, these wonderful people made the difference. The hotel is quite dated needs more updating but the overall I found it amazing and relaxing place. Well done team 👍

The service provide by the hotel staff was good. Also the property is located in a convenient place. I could walk to the sea side. However, the inside the property is old. They have done some renovation / repainting etc, but it was still visible that the property needs some more work. The meal options are very limited. There are some fast food near by like pizzahut and McD, but no fanciful restaurants.

The hotel's proximity to central Jeddah is excellent - convenient to everywhere, and easy to get an Uber. Immediate area around the hotel is modest, and the food service was not to my liking. However there are some excellent restaurants nearby - in particular, check out the pastries at Blu Jam just around the corner. The room had a dramatic high ceiling, and it was helpful having a small in-room kitchen. The room was generally quiet, though the street noise was occasionally obtrusive and started early morning. Good wifi, with power outlets in the right places.

The hotel booking done onine was not recognized by the Hotel. Took an hour to confirm after arrival at the hotel. The hotel did not include the Breakfast which was mentioned at the time of booking and one of the reasons I selected this particular place. It was later accepted after showing them the details of the booking from Expedia site. Contacting help chat on the Expedia was another pain with no one available immdiately. The location of the hotel was perfect with amneties closeby and access to other locations. The staff was kind and helpful.
