「It was a wonderful get away. We got to watch the stars and enjoy the sound of nature. If we felt like going into town Bastrop was not very far and had wonderful things to do in town. the Paige farmhouse dinner was very close and delicious food. 「We enjoyed our stay. Property was nicely appointed. Kitchen could use more cutting boards. And glad we brought our own knives. This almost accommodates 8, but really it’s comfortable for six. We fit only because our kids are small, and we brought a blowup twin bed. Mule was so much fun!! The kids loved the hot tub and pool. Great fenced yard! Please check your lights. 「Property is off the highway enough to be peaceful, but 30 minutes or less to anything you need. Loved the Texas decor-longhorn horns, cowhide. Plenty to watch on tv, grounds are nice. Didn't use the fire pit-June just isn't the right season. Washer/dryer were great for our two week stay. Wayne was attentive and often there taking care of the grounds. Took advantage of the dinosaur park and the state park as well as an indoor play park with our grandchildren. Pricing puts this place at a bargain.」

「We loved our time and stay at River RV. It was so peaceful and quite. Our host Curtis was very friendly and helpful. The RV was well stocked, clean and had everything you needed to feel and be comfortable. The scene from the RV to the river was beautiful, mowed and well kept. 「Found this cabin for my wife's birthday. It was exactly what she had been wanting. Beautiful cabin with a fun bit of history to see and experience. Comfortable beds, and sweet back porch with three ceiling fans. The property and the pond are awesome! Fun to hike and explore. We will definitely come back to visit this little ol calbin.」
