「Good secure place」

「We enjoyed our weekend In Louisville Kentucky. This suite location was perfect for us . Easy walking distance to restaurants and venues ( we attended Pink concert at the KFC Yum Arena ) The space was located in a really cool historical building , but with modern amenities. It was clean and had plenty of space for 4 people . We definitely recommend this space and would look to stay there again when we visit Louisville in the future . Thank you !」

「This is a nicely located apartment and it was so convenient to have parking. We found a good restaurant within walking distance and after having travelled for a few days enjoyed just relaxing in the apartment. Justin did a great job communicating. I would definitely recommend it for a downtown Louisville stay.」

「Beautiful house. We came down to do a few distillery tours but also to spend a lot of time board gaming. This was a great location that gave us everything we needed, was walkable to a lot of great food options, and was an easy rideshare to our tour locations. The only real negative was minor, which is that the HVAC is pretty loud if you happen to be staying in the bedroom on the top level.」

「Great location. Clean and comes fully stocked with coffee and all the fixings! Sheets are good quality and beds are comfortable. I’d prefer a king bed but I have a tall spouse. Only negative was sewage smell in the building.」

「My large family had the best time! Amanda, the owner, was super nice and kind. She was communicative and sweet. The loft was very close to yummy eateries (check out Bearno’s pizza!) & Kroger, a grocery store. There was a dog park adjacent and lots of cute shops in walking distance. It was quiet and peaceful, spacious, clean. Everything you could ask for (& I am VERY PICKY), but I was happy with the cleanliness & would call it a 10/10 experience. Thanks, Amanda!」

「We stayed at this property with a group of guys for a bourbon tour weekend. The property is located just outside Louisville and was only a 10 dollar Uber downtown (or 10 minute drive). If you have time, there is also an extremely cool walking bridge to Louisville. The property is well-maintained and fit all of our needs. 「Our family goes to the National Farm Machinery Show and Tractor Pulls every year. We have stayed 2 years in this house on the river, it has a beautiful view, the house is very nice and host very easy to work with.」
