I stayed at a few different hotels during my round island trip, Grand Hyatt stood out for its convenience. As the charging stations were often full in the city, I was pleased to find numerous charging stations available on the premises, making it convenient for me to keep my vehicle powered up. I also like the presence of a small window in my room, it was particularly useful during the winter when I needed to use hot air conditioning, provided the much needed ventilation and prevented me from feeling stuffy. The hotel's shopping mall featuring a wide range of Korean brands was a great bonus. It saved me all the hassles of searching for shopping options elsewhere. Another highlight is the 24-hour reception/concierge services, so I can secure a taxi to the airport at 4am. That said the absence of an airport shuttle service was a downside. Despite the minor drawback of no airport shuttle, I'd recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a comfy and well-appointed stay on the beautiful island of Jeju.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, with very friendly helpful staff. Well worth the cost. The rooms are stunning and have beautiful views of the city and the ocean. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful soaking tub. Many various dining options both within the hotel and also walkable in the surrounding neighborhood. Bus lines and/or taxis can take you all around the island to see the gorgeous natural beauty of the area.

Club rooms are awesome.
Newly built of less than 3 years. Hotel manager Randy Wong was really helpful in giving suggestions on what to do and where to go. Great facilities, suggest that you get the club room or club access so you don't clash with the larger group of guests.

편안한 곳입니다만 한가지 아쉬운 점이
여러번 이용하였지만 언제나 깨끗하고 편안하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 그런데 객실안에 비치되어 있는 안내문에 한국어가 없고 영어와 중국어만 있어 외국어를 모르는 사람들은 많이 불편 할 것 같은 느낌을 받았습니다. 이런점은 좀 아쉬운 것 같습니다.

체크인 늦은 시간이 아니었던것 같은데 이미 룸이 낮은층밖에 안 남아서 고민하다가 업그레이드결정 코너스위트룸으로 직원분께서 만족하실꺼예요 라고 하셨는데 정말 대박 만족이지 뭐예요 ㅎㅎ 그야말로 뷰맛집에서 호캉스 제대로 했어요 뭐 스케줄상 하루번도 겨우갔지만 그래도 무제한이랑 말이 기분이 좋터라구요 찜질방도 깔끔하고 번잡하지 않고 너무 좋았어요 찜질방 음료도 깔끔하고 믿고 마시는 음료서비스에 하얏트를 다시보게 되었습니다 짱! 에머니티 발망 그냥 더 좋았습니다 담뻔 제주 여행도 하얏트입니다 ㅎㅎ
