Staff were very helpful from the time the taxi arrived. Did not receive beverage benefit for VIP and could hear neighbouring room. Otherwise, very nice hotel.

Hotel is located in a very safe area with lots of restaurants around it. Location is quiet and staff are really friendly and welcoming. Very helpful with recommendations of restaurants too! 👍 There’s a small casino in-house as well as a fitness centre and sauna.

Perfect Place to Stay in Jeju
Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino is a property I'll gladly stay at again in a heartbeat. It's clean, comfy, priced extremely well for being a 5-star hotel. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful and the room was wonderful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Jeju City.
