However, a deep cleaning is probably needed every once in a while as the washer/dryer combo unit smelled a bit mildew and I didn't want to ruin my clothes. "The hotel is conveniently located near the bus terminal, making it easy to travel anywhere on the island. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The owner was very welcoming and kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. "The room was clean and small, with a refrigerator. The shower is separated from the toilet area but you only get tiny towels. The check in experience was self service even though it states someone is there from 3pm. I arrived at 9 pm and there was no one around. There was a self service machine but all in Korean. Eventually I found an internal doorbell. Someone arrived and pointed at the machine changed the language to English and disappeared. Other than that everything was great. Good location...
