War ein super uelaub. Das Personal super zuvorkommend. War letztws jahr nicht so gut. Aber dieses jahr alles hervorragend. Und das essen war perfekt. Wie bei grossmutter. Vileicht muss ich dazusagen dass wir in der Vorsaison hier waren. Kurz zusammengefasst, es war perfekt.

This is the only hotel where you can play pickleball on Hvar. While not yet optimal, we had a great time and jumped in the sea afterwards for a great day. If you come and ask to play pickleball, maybe they will Up the courts!

The hotel is in a beautiful location, but quite far away from the main ferry ports of Stari Grad and Hvar. It's useful to have a car if you want to explore the island. The hotel amenities like tennis courts and water sports are contracted out, and we felt the hire prices were a bit steep. It's a shame because the hotel should have negotiated prices for guests. We are vegetarian, and found the veggie choices were mediocre. Breakfast was the best meal of the day in terms of variety and choices. Drinks in the dining room were quite poor quality (eg no fresh juices, only juice drinks, coffee's like cappuccinnos and macchiatos seem to come pre-sweetened. The rooms are a bit dated with stains on the carpets and floor tiles, but overall kept clean by the staff. We were in the shoulder season so hotel wasn't as busy which was good. I'm not sure I would go back to this hotel, but will definitely go back to Hvar!

Bra hotell i mysigt område

Underbart område! Hotellet ligger precis vid havet och det är en fin promenad till Vrboska där bra restauranger finns. Hotellet är bra ur boendesynpunkt, men varken frukost- eller middagsbuffén var något att hurra över. Vi åt middag på hotellet endast en kväll. De andra kvällarna promenerade vi till Vrboska och åt. Läget är toppen - lugnt. Finns fina löparvägar utmed havet.

Shuttle from ferry is needed

They upgraded our room so we had a mini suite and it was nice. Beachfront is difficult to enter the water. Go to the beach to the left as you face the water. Pool is very small for a larger resort. Buffet had a lot of choices but the a lot of the same food for all three meals (many breakfast items that we would consider lunch or dinner). Most buffet hot items were cold by the time you served yourself, even if you were there at the start. We enjoyed the wine on tap! Biggest issue for us is the lack of transportation to the hotel. An all inclusive hotel should offer a free shuttle from the ferry. We've stayed at many over the years and they always had transportation included so we found this frustrating. It costs us 30 Euro for a 10 minute taxi from the Stari Grad ferry dock to the resort. It is relatively isolated so this really should be offered all inclusive.

Electricity break down for 5 hours

On the time of arrival, we have to wait for long time to get checked in because of long queue and there is only one staff operating at the reception. Everything we asked the receptionist, he just added "I dunno what to tell you" in the conversion. He is even not sure wheather our room is on ground floor or the 1st floor. The room is not as clean as expected. There are stains on the carpet. Ant in the bathroom and spider in the room. On the 2nd day, around 4pm, the electricity of the whole resort has broken down with only the essential power supplying to the lobby and restaurant. We decided to go out for a walk ar Stari Grad and came back after dinner. And hoped that everything will be alright soon. (Although the weather forecast saything that thunderstorm arrived, we could not hear any big "bang" sound of thunder storm or see any lightning, I dunno what made the electircity break down) When we got back to the resort around 7pm, it was still in dark. We asked the receptionist when the electricity be back, he told us he didn't know. Finally we got away from the darkness around 9 sth pm, but the supply was not very stable. Actually we didn't mind there was accident, no one should be blamed for that. The main point is how the resort react is the most disappointing. They did not post up any information about the incident which has lasted for 5 hours. They seemed didn't have any contiegency plan for any disaster. No apology made on the other day. Seem nothing has happened!!

De hyggeligste ansatte var filippinere. Eller så syns vi at hotellet ikke var så sjarmerende. Maten var alt for mye buffé preget, og ikke noe spesielt god. Alle gjestene og mange av de ansatte var sure, aldri opplevd lignende. Lokasjonen er fin rett ved vannet. Men beach baren kunne være mer koselig og hyggelig, selv om de ansatte der var hyggelige. Det er litt for langt å gå til Vrboska for annen middag, og da er det spesielt dumt at hotellet har dårlig mat. I tillegg skulle det være flere plasser å sitte ute.

Příjemná dovolená

Hotel se nachází v krásném prostředí přímo u moře, nedaleko města Vrboška. Hotel je velmi pěkně zrekonstruovaný. Personál hotelu je vstřícný. Hotel má svá pravidla při stravování, nevím jestli z důvodu covidu-19, znamenalo to, že jste musel hlásit, kdy přijdete na snídani, oběd, večeři, takže jste stále sledovali čas.... . Jídlo bylo vždy chutné a bohatý výběr a stále doplňováno. Byl zajištěn dostatek personálu pro úklid nádobí a dezinfekci stolů. Sice jsme měli i nepříjemný zážitek, a to v podobě opilého číšníka.Byl přátelský, ale naší 16-leté dceři při večeři přinesl Colu s whiskou ! což považuji za zcela nepřijatelné ! Také nás velmi nemile překvapilo, kdy při probíhací večeři, jsme byli personálem požádáni, abychom si přesedli, že potřebují rezervovat stůl...,toto považuji za zcela neprofesionální !!! Měli jsme zaplacený pokoj s výhledem na moře, který byl nádherný.Pokoj sice menší, ale s tím se počítá. Pokoj po rekonstrukci. Nevím jestli to byla náhoda nebo zvyk, ale úklid pokoje neprobíhal vůbec nebo až na naše vyzvání. Za celou dobu nebyl pokoj vysán a vysypaný koš. Výměna ručníků probíhala tak, že jsme naháněli uklízečku. Ustlané postele byli snad jen dvakrát a to až v odpoledních hodinách. Toto kazí celkový dojem, protože komplex je velmi příjemný, na trávení pohodové dovolené.

Family resort with all the clichés that come with

Family resort, all inclusive type so kids everywhere, mad rush to buffet etc, you know the type. Single bedroom was a child bed, not comfortable at all. Super noisy neighbours / not sure of sound proofing between rooms, if any. Friendly and accommodating reception staff.

reat place to stay

I read some reviews before booking. Some complained about the food which made me hesitate before I booked, Either they have improved the food or we have different standards. Because the food was great for being one of these all inclusive places. They did also a good job at keeping us safe from madame Corona. So over all we had a very nice stay.
