「- the room we stayed in was pretty outdated. the toilet seat, closet and all. - the food options were not as we expected. the property advertises some other restaurant type options, but those are basically containers that server food. which none of them were open - the main riverside market buffet was ok. but no real varieties, like there are some snippets of asian food, 2 dishes. i would have expected more food options and varieties - the childrens pool was closed - the elevator wasnt working...

「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we...

「I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!」

「Pool area at the beach villas need more umbrellas and unfortunately they were doing very loud construction in the underground parking area and adjacent building throughout our stay. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.」

「We liked the location with easy access to the beach which we visited both Saturday and Sunday. We enjoyed our walks along the beach. The beach got a little too crowded Sunday afternoon. The ocean water was cool and refreshing, not cold. But it's mid-June. The room was superb, clean comfortable and well furnished - nice colors. Bathroom was clean and attractive. We're not folks that use bars so we have no comment here. It very much reminded us a Bed & Breakfast we frequently used when visiting...

「Upon check in I was greeted by both sweet young ladies working. Jayda did the actual process of checking me in very efficiently and friendly. I was provided with a handy and helpful map of the premises which most hotels are not as thoughtful. The room was a nice surprise with the sleeper sofa/office area separated from the bed and bathroom area by a unit with TV’s on both sides. When leaving as I was taking things to my car the nice young man working in the pool/hot tub area greeted me and...

「Gym was closed. There’s no vending machines. The bedding on one bed was filthy and smelled like arm pits. The carpet was sticky and felt awful. Hair in shower. Only shower. Tub filler was stuck up. Reeked of skunk weed.」
