It was dirty full of cockroaches the handyman came in when we were getting ready to have breakfast to fumigate the room. the bathtube shower head was loose not enough water coming out. I was on the 5th floor the hallway was dirty and smelly. There was lots of noise late at night and early in the morning.The staff were not all friendly.

The room is good for the price especially since there is a full size frig. The microwave in my room worked but was very old and the stove doesn't work well either. So don't expect to be able to fully use it. Breakfast is basically granola bars, coffee with coffeemate and muffins. The staff were polite but there was no warmth or good spirit in the front desk when dealing with guests. They answered questions but they were not hospitable.

This is our second time staying at this property and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. Our room smelled like cigarettes, even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking. To make matters worse, we must’ve shared a wall with the laundry room, because every time it went into the spin cycle, our room violently shook (especially the bed and the fridge). It was impossible to sleep and I honestly thought we were having an earthquake at first. It kept happening throughout the night and unfortunately we didn’t get any sleep. The location is of course convenient and the staff are nice, but we will not be staying at this property again.

Very good for the price and location. Will definitely come back and recommend. Could improve a bit in the smell at the lobby and specially in the hallways, it was terrible and hard to identify what it smelled like. Check in lobby front desk clerk could be a bit more friendly and polite, she seemed maybe somewhat overwhelmed and/or upset for something. Check out was better.

The receptionist is at the front desk in the morning is very, very, very rude… my room key got erased and open my room.. I walked up and kindly said, hey good morning, my room key got erased and it’s like the third time in two days and its getting a little frustrating… I was not awful or loud, or anything like that.. And she has audacity to interrupt me in the middle of speaking, and telling me to calm down when I couldn’t have been more calm… Lady is very, very rude

I discovered bed bugs in my bed and have to wait for the manager to come in to get a refund. No written documents could be given to me. Only a post-it note left for the manager. Totally unacceptable and the worker did not apologize or seemed to be concerned.

The first room I was offered there was urine in the washroom. I was disgusted and asked for a different room and the one I got had hair all over the blanket. Worse place to ever go - I will never return and strongly recommend against staying here.

The staff was nice. The property was not what would be expected from a hotel. There was no hot water for 3 days and we were told that there were a lot of people staying there, so it was expected. The outlets in the bathroom did not work. The person at front desk said that they would have it looked at - That never happened. To get new towels we were required to bring dirty towels down to front desk. Very disappointed and will never stay there again. Not sure about the Extended Stay brand.

Customer services is awful, they dont even say hello hyd ... One day my rom key wasn't open my room , the lady there at the front desk dont even say good evening neither so rude, and the employees no even say good morning so serious not friendly at all , need to focus a little bit more on Customer service . But at least the room was very nice and clean .
