I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with my stay at Harmony Suites. I called the front desk 3 times and went down there 4 times between 5 PM and 10 PM, trying to get a clear answer and a solution about the A/C in my room. Two of those visits are recorded on video because the situation was that ridiculous.
Every time, I was given a different excuse—first it was the whole hotel, then it was “should be working in an hour,” then it went down again, then suddenly it was only my room. Nobody seemed to know what was actually going on, and nobody treated the situation with urgency.
I waited over 4 hours for maintenance after being told they were coming in 5 or 20 minutes. When someone finally showed up, the only thing they brought was a tiny fan—not even the industrial one I specifically asked for. It didn’t help at all.
My girlfriend and I spent the night sweating in a hot, muggy room. We barely slept. It was easily one of the worst hotel nights I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone.
This was a total failure in communication, customer service, and basic comfort. I’m asking for compensation at the very least, a refund. This should not be brushed off.
