Our room was gross! Couch had stains all over it. Shower felt like you were going to fall through. Water didn’t drain. Windows were very dirty. Gym was closed. I loved the bus was right outside the property to go to NYC. It was affordable but we still paid enough that I would have expected it to be clean. I suspect this place was very nice years ago. It looks like a place that has had no money put into it in years. The lobby looks clean and inviting. When you get to your room a whole other story.

no pillows for pull out bed shower and bathroom very old hardly any bathroom products, when we checked in they told me breakfast was until 11 am and it was 10 and they refused to make my kids waffles at 9:57 am

This property is really old. Parking space on premise is very limited, they do offer to park in the adjacent building. Rooms are very old and particularly bed is positioned very odd in the corner of the room instead of usually in the center of the wall. Bathrooms are old and room are serviced only every 3rd day. You have to pick supplies from the reception every time.

It’s somewhat clean, but extremely old property. Not worth $180 per night. I’d understand if it was $80 a night. The locks on the door are very old, the bathroom and the blower in the bathroom are also in the same state. The hotel smells, not exactly sure what it is, but perhaps is just because it’s old and not well ventilated. The staff isn’t rude, they’re not friendly either. Nonchalant would be a better word. But the breakfast is nice

Overall, average/below average. Some items were broken (not up to par in our room). Bathtub rusty. Disappointed as the pictures did not show this and seemed to be misleading. Though, front desk was very kind and helpful! Morning breakfast buffet was good, too. A lot of options. Staff, friendly!

The property building is old and can use renovations. The key cards wouldn’t work, there were no house phone in the room, the remotes for the televisions didn’t work, there was spots in the ceilings of water damaged, the toilet clogged and needed to be plugged, the ice machine didn’t work on the floor so you had to go to the front desk and the bathrooms weren’t clean and the tub needs to be replaced. Will not stay here ever again and won’t recommend!

The staff’s were great, actually amazing. I am giving this a one star only due to the staffs working there. The hotel however is in horrible condition, the rooms smelled horrible and moldy, tubs and showers all leak from above. I felt dirty sleeping there all night. My daughter did at least spent 2 hours at the pool at Might. Which weirdly open from 7-10. Would not recommend, staff deserves better.

It was a dirty crumbling mess. Chunks of concrete fallen off the front, moldy bath/shower, laughable ‘business center’- a tiny table with an old computer and printer. The door next to our room was cracked in half, as if someone tried to break in. We wanted to go to the pool but it was rented out to a kids’ swim class and closed to guests.

I like the hotel was clean and that the staff was very friendly. Only thing that I had a problem with is that I love getting into the pool and every time the pool was either in use for an outside swim training or it was full with kids, even during the school season.

LaQuinta has been our go-to hotel for years but we haven’t traveled much since Covid but it was still great! The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and asked if we would mind staying in a certain room because some people have superstitions about certain room numbers. That was nice of her to ask although we didn’t care. The view from that room as amazing too! We always recommend LaQuinta and will definitely stay here again in the future.

They said they don’t clean the room for “environmental purposes” which I understand not providing clean sheets and towels everyday … but they didn’t even come to make the bed, or take the trash. Almost every time we needed to enter our room we needed to go back down to the front desk because our key cards weren’t working. They also didn’t ask for any identification or verification when getting new cards which seems like a bit of a security issue. Their daily breakfast however was good, they had decent variety and kept it stocked throughout the service. Having the bus stop right across from the hotel was very convenient.

This hotel is great. Have been here twice now and it's a go to. Great waffles during the complimentary breakfast! Comfy bed & overall very nice rooms. Bathrooms could use some updating but not bad at all.
