After I checked in the women at the front desk tell me that all of the televisions are down so I watched no tv..when I checked out I asked to speak to the manager and of course she wasn’t there...they gave me a card with her name and number and of course the number is out of service...so I got the number from the internet to call the lady and of course every time I called she’s not there..I’ve been calling for a couple of days...worst hotel experience ever

Save your money!!!??
Absolutely nothing works there. No TV, No phone, no breakfast.. Absolutely NOTHING..... I switched rooms 4 times because of the TV, before they finally admitted that there was no service. I wasn’t given the opportunity to cancel or get my money back. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!

Zero stars!
There was no wifi no cable everything dirty and or old. Disgusting food left in the room and fridge. Teenagers running front desk could care less....asked for a manager 3 times to get compensation for all the money spent on a room with all these problems no one got back to me. Ice machines didn't work....vending machines took money nothing came out. An all around nightmare and no compensation whatsoever. We got barely 50% of value of what we paid for and no one seems to care or make a good faith decision to compensate.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times it’s actually a nice hotel most of the rooms are pretty spacious and the beds are comfortable the rooms are clean however I stayed here recently for a few days the Wi-Fi wasn’t working there was no cable and they still have no shuttle service to Manhattan so it would be nice to get some sort of discount or a cheaper rate for the hotel given the fact that there’s only so much you can do in your room with no TV

One of the worst hotels. They made me overpay more than what I had previously PAID WITH A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. The room had no electricity and lack of trust from the people of the hotel

I booked a non refundable room and when I got there they said it was full. And that I would have to get my money back from PayPal myself. They would not help me. There were no cars in the lot and all the room lights were off. I went to the days hotel and they said that hotel was lying. And they were not open since Corona virus. Worst hotel I ever went to. They are trying to keep peoples money. It's a scam

Rooms need to be completely cleaned.
The rooms seem on their face to be nice. Bathrooms were clean in room 706 broken furniture, bed bugs was bitten once. Room 705 room seemed cleaner. Bathroom as clean. Shower head sucks, was bitten 2 times. Bathroom sink backs up really bad.televisions in both rooms suck.

STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
The hotel was ok, not much of a view. Could use renovations looks extremely dated, however it was quiet and clean. Called in before i booked online to ensure i was getting a non smoking room and i was assured that there were no more rooms available with a queen size bed smoking or non smoking which is what i was booking so i would be upgraded once i got to the hotel. Once i checked in i was told i would have to pay extra and they werent sure who i had spoken to. I was already there and didnt want to debate it so i just paid the fee. I then was awaken late and told it was past check out time, however this was the 1st contact anyone had made with me. I told them i just had waken up and would be out in 10 and they said no problem. Few minutes later i was out the door and later in the day i get charged an outrageous fee for late checkout. Wouldnt stay here again

Not bad for the price
It seemed like the hotel was really nice in the 90s but hasnt been kept up with. The bed was completely lopsided and the doors SLAMMED shut. It was a long night... but overall it wasnt horrible. Its what you get when you are on a budget.

Paid a few extra dollars for the business room. It is supposed to be 2 queen beds. If you look at the pic in the ad you will see the difference in the rooms. My wife showed up and was asked if she wanted single or double. She just figured the single. The room was old and looked dirty. So she went to the desk and the guy said it was extra for the double. I told her we paid the extra online and sent her the confirmation . He handed her keys to the double room with some attitude. The business room was worse. It was just as dated looking as the first. It didn't look like the pic on the ad, which is why I chose it for her, the sheets were dirty. One had some old dried blood on it.The bed didn't even have a fitted sheet on it. She was tired from work so she made the best of it. She slept in her jacket because even the blankets were short. Don't even risk going here. You may not get the room on the site. I get it that it may not be exact, but it wasn't even close. Look at the pics on the site and book at your own risk. Go to the Days Inn next door or pay the extra and go to the Premier Western across the street. I wish I could attach the pics of the room.
