Strange smell in room 225. It must be the carpet … we tried to ventilate the room by leaving the window open… but it barely helps. Please makes some adjustments… we are not complaining people but some others could be very upset by that smell.

The front desk staff were very kind and accomodating. My mom is older and we had a room on thr 3rd floor and they moved us so she didnt have to do the stairs. Gave us directions to New York.

hotel very convenient close to Manhattan, is serviced by a navette that takes you directly to time square. room is very clean, although small. breakfast option is convenient but limited to bagel. did enjoy my stay and will certainly return if going back to visit NY.

The traffic outside is really noisy The apartments are directly at the road, which has a lot of traffic even at night. Our room got clean every day and all was cleaned. The service was good, the personal at the reception was very friendly and supportive. You have little shampoo bottles and shower gel at your room and they even get refilled. There is a shuttle outside which comes every 15 min to take you to NYC. That was very good and the price per person was 3,50$. We took it every day to NYC and it only took 15-30 min to get there (it depends on the traffic) The breakfast is just until 9:00 am. So we can not say anything to the breakfast, because we slept longer than 9:00 am. The price-performance ratio is in total a 7/10 in my opinion. It’s a good price for what you get. It’s clean, personal is polite but it was to noisy outside and the breakfast time is to short.

We found this hotel a reasonably priced option to visit NYC. There is a shuttle that picks you up right out front and it's about a 10-15 min ride into the city. When it brings you back it drops you off about a 5 min walk from hotel. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty minimal - coffee and bagels. There is a Starbucks and Aldi close by if you need anything. The hotel is beside a busy highway so traffic is loud if you're not used to it. Overall very happy with our stay here and would book here again.

The venue wifi/internet wouldn’t work in our room. When we informed the staff they claimed it should work as the router was in our rooms (this was incorrect) and didn’t do anything to assist. Also, our shower only had cold water. Staff claimed the water was set at an equal temperature for cost reasons. Would not recommend this location.

It is difficult to find the way to this hotel according to the GPS. We drove around the hotel for about half an hour and could not find the way to the parking lot. One last attempt at an inconspicuous trail and here we are.

En general le doy un 5. El precio está ok para la zona en la que está (a 10' del centro de NY). Limpieza y personal ok. Puntos a mejorar: desayuno (siempre ponían lo mismo, bagels con queso y café o zumo, se agradecería variedad, ya que al segundo día has aborrecido la comida). iluminación de la habitación, solamente habían dos lámparas de noche que apenas alumbraban. Accesibilidad para ir al centro: te explican vagamente como llegar, pero tienes que buscarte la vida para llegar a la parada de buses y saber cuál debes tomar para llegar a New York. Algo malo que nos ocurrió, es que el personal de limpieza se dejó la puerta abierta de la habitación, algo que nos mosqueó ya que estábamos todo el día fuera. En recepción se disculparon y nos comentaron que no volvería a ocurrir...

Great localisation of the hotel. The staff is nice and the room are very clean. Breakfast is simple but ok. Buses every 15 minutes in front of the hotel for Times Square. The hotel is really a Good quality for the price. Wifi is slow at night. I recommand this hotel.

A cheap-out option if you don't need luxury or a fancy neighbourhood. Convenient location, good parking. Our room was in the upper building, which was very quiet. Room had refrigerator, microwave, safe, hair dryer, toiletries, shelf & stand for suitcases. Comfortable beds, but needed thicker blankets. No hot water in our room the first night. Coffee available in both buildings. Breakfast is limited to thin packaged bagels in the main building and gets very busy. Walking distance to Aldi and Starbucks. Lots of litter on the ground. To reach NYC, the express shuttle ($3 cash) is more frequent and slightly cheaper than the public bus up the hill at stop 21347, but doesn't run as late.

And far as the hot water please inform our staff who will assist at any given time.As per the public buses there are options for NJ transit buses and the mini vans with a different route , and these buses runs much later into the night.Thank you for sharing your taughts., and we wish you a safe journey home.

The property's location is very convenient for those planning to visit New York. With available van service, visiting New York City becomes quite affordable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and regularly maintained. The staff was very helpful. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

Hotel is located beside a busy highway. Front desk gave us the biggest room available but beside the highway. Room was nice and clean but if you hate traffic noise, choose a room further south. The noise don’t bother me as we’re used to sleeping with the TV on. Breakfast is free but they only served bagel/coffee/juice and nothing else. Cannot comment on the transportation as I used my car going to Manhattan as a family of 4, it’s more convenient for us. Also the staff were okay.

Hard to sleep because very noisy. Beside a highway so sounds of traffic and honking all night long. There was also a party going all night long in a room near ours. Friendly staff and clean room, good price. Easy for transportation to NY.

Preis / Leistung für einen NYC Trip stimmt. Einfaches sauberes Hotel mit bequemen Betten & Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Frühstück sehr spartanisch : nur Toast, Butter Frischkäse. Kaffee O A Saft - das war’s Vor dem Hotel hält ein Shuttle Bus, der eine für 3,5$ in 20 Minuten nach NYC bringt. Zurück hält der Shuttle oberhalb vom Aldi - 3 Minuten Fußweg vom Hotel. Fazit - kein Luxus , aber für NYC Verhältnisse günstig.

So much nicer than expected! I was scared after reading the reviews but i could eat off every surface in the room and didnt see any bugs. It could use some updating but nothing of substance was offensive.water temperature and pressure were excellent. There was a lot of highway noise all night long which isnt their fault but i had no other complaints. It is close to the bus stop and riding into Manhattan was easy cheap and convenient...It was a clean safe cheap motel, just what i was looking for!
