"Check in process was disappointing, we waited 20 minutes before we were seen, a couple of times we were acknowledged but then just left on our own. Other than that the property was ok, a little tired and dated but clean. "

The tv was a faff to switch on, not sure if it was the batteries or tv which kept buffering. The staff in the waterfront restaurant were so funny and friendly, reception staff were mixed. Some were really personable and friendly others were just transactional. Loads of great choice for breakfast."

Although I didn't dine at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food, the location offered easy access to the beach, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful Jersey coastline effortlessly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this 4*Star hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing seaside getaway with excellent service and great amenities."
