"Rooms were ok. Could have been a little better. Staff were nice. Children are not allowed in the pool. Maintenance were a little slow with keeping the casino clean. A lot of machines had people's trash around it. "

"The showboat should just be torn down at this point. Visited this past weekend with my children. First of all, a majority of the games in the arcade were broken for the fill two days we were there. Staff was not helpful or friendly. It seemed like children running the show. The entire place like marijuana. I will never return or ever recommend this place to anyone"

"A lot of added on nuisance charges. The bill had at least 5 different taxes plus a resort and Casino fee (separately). Property was nice but not super clean. Everything smelled like marijuana in the main areas. Probably would not go again."

"We didn’t any room service even I needed hot water for babies formula. They didn’t provide us . I had to buy from cafeteria 6 times. No free parking as guests. Terrible experience. No more CAESARS Hotel for next time. "
