Small room, which was OK, but the bathroom was super small making it difficult to use/dry yourself. There was no outside window which made the room dark and a little claustrophobic. The beverage facilities weren't refreshed. The stairwell was narrow, some of the anti-slip treads were loose and we were on the second floor which was difficult for use with a walking aid.

The location, for me, was central to what the needs were. Bed was comfortable. Staff cleaned the room daily except when asked not to since all was alright. Bathroom is small so adjust accordingly. Slightly bigger desk would be a help and a refrigerator that closed completely. The bathroom ceiling had a leak which needed repair and to be patched and painted. It was quiet at night and convenient to food and shopping. Parking got a bit expensive but that’s Jerusalem. When leaving they were painting the stairwells and lobby which looked good so far. Would stay again if the need arose. Hopefully at a lower rate. But it’s Jerusalem. 😜 Thank you

The hotel uses a code system. They send you these codes through the app/email. The location is close to the old Jerusalem city, it is a 15 minutes walk.

Niente asciugacapelli nemmeno a richiesta. Grossa infiltrazione con umidità sul soffitto, gocciolava acqua a momenti

This hotel is not recommended because we had many problems. Every day a different one. The first day we did not have hot water and they allowed us to go to another room to shower. The second day the entrance door to the room was locked. The third ran out of water in the sink. The room had a water leak in the bathroom ceiling. On the fifth day they had to transfer us to another room because the problems with hot water persisted. Good things: location and the manager keeps in touch on WhatsApp all the time and tries to solve problems.
