Lovely apartment and location - very close to Mahane Yehuda market. In general would recommend this place and staff quite helpful. Wifi is slightly unstable and therefore no access in bedroom Only suggestion is a place to store luggage as arrived early in Jerusalem and had to walked around for a few hours with luggage before able to check-in

I couldn’t check in as nothing was in English, I had to call a friend to come help me with the process which was all in Hebrew. No one on the property spoke English, the first room was in the basement and the other people down there had a barking dog, the others were playing music and were loud. I was “upgraded” only because my friend was there to talk to the property manager, no one answered my contact through Expedia, the other room was dirty and dusty, the lock wasn’t working so I couldn’t leave until someone came to address that. The room was then cleaned up, there was even snots wiped on the walls of the bedroom that had been there for quite some time. Overall, I was terribly disappointed as the place was advertised using new photos and the property was filthy outside, hard to find, and impossible to communicate. I have pictures of it all.

Professionally managed, good communications. The building itself is a little tricky to find it at first but it’s a beautiful building in a lovely setting. It was overall a great place to stay in Jerusalem.

Great apartment

Excellent location near the Mechaneh Yehuda! Easy to come and go with keycode. Apartment itself was really tidy and neat. It had all we needed in 4 night stay. Knesset was visible from the window.

Good option for family

Nice modern apt with great washer and dryer. Good tv and internet, heating/cooling Not all apts have view. Good kitchen. Walkable to metro that takes you to the old city (historic area).

During my first night of a three-night stay, Israel began attacking Iran. I stayed in a Basic Apartment, 1 Bedroom, on the ground floor. Access to it and two other ground-floor apartments is via a separate entrance from Agrippas Street around the corner. Importantly for this trip, the closest protected space turned out to be a parking garage next door. Also, because of the separate entrance, it took a little time to go around and get up to the rooftop terrace. It was worth it, though! Great location, great apartment, and great customer service.

The location of the apartment was very convenient for exploring the old city of Jerusalem. We were a few minutes from the light rail that takes on directly to the old city gates. Best of all we were within a few minutes walk to the famous Yehuda market which we visited most evenings. The apartment itself was clean and was quiet well insulated from noise. The only complain I have is that it is located on an alley that is not lit up at night so walking from the Main Street to front door of the apartment maybe unsettling for some people. Also be aware that it is not easy to get parking around the area unless you use pay to park garage which is a few minutes walk from the apartment

Unfortunately access to apartment difficult but we did get in only to find conditions not matching images and sheets not changed from previous guest though bed made. Bed was full of hairs from previous guest and items open in shower from them as well. Rising damp in ground 2 bed flat has effected wall etc etc
