On the first floor, you will find a spacious and inviting living room furnished in a cosy and romantic style, along with a separate WC. The upper floor hosts a large walk-through room with direct access to the terrace, a generous dining room with its own terrace exit, and 3 well-appointed bedrooms. 2 of these bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed and offer access to the balcony, while the third bedroom features 1 double bed and opens directly onto the terrace. The upper floor also includes an open kitchen equipped with 4 induction hot plates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, with an additional exit to the terrace. The 2 bathrooms on this level are fully equipped, one featuring a bath, bidet, and WC, and the other a shower, bidet, and WC.
