「We did not get to stay at Lux Jesmond.
When went to book in via msg it would not complete. Then I phoned the number provided the person had trouble locating my booking. When found the property was not available ( I had already paid & got confirmation) we were eventualy relocated to another location which I gather is part of the property group.
