The studio apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a kitchenette, a small sleeping area with 2 separate beds separated from the living room by a folding door, a bathroom with shower, WC, and bidet, a balcony, air conditioning, a TV, and a safe. The building has 5 floors and boasts a fantastic location, situated directly on the beach just a short walk from Piazza Torino. Guests staying here can enjoy a swimming pool for adults and children (closed during the afternoon break) and an elevator.
