The host was very helpful when I reached out with questions and the place was wonderful. I loved this house so much and have recommended it to my friends and family already. The hot tub was so relaxing with the LED lights in the brisk evening winter air. It was a very romantic getaway. Absolutely loved everything!!

The house was beautiful. The hot tub needed cleaning, but it was addressed within an hour or so. You can't see your neighbors because of the trees blocking them. It's perfect for 2 adults. We would rent again.

Small cabin located close to Jim Thorpe and Hickory Run State Park. We enjoyed the hot tub, screened in porch and fire pit! The kitchen was well supplied and we liked the smart TVs in bedroom and living room. The bed was very firm and the laundry (towels & bedding) did not smell fresh. Great for a couples trip!

We wanted to stay in a cute little cabin for our anniversary. We had two “has to have” - a hot tub and a fire pit. We were told the night before leaving at around 9-9:30 pm that the hot tub wasn’t working due to an “ongoing issue”. I did think it was messed up to wait the night before leaving to tell us, despite us booking several days prior. The host immediately tried to rectify sending us two more properties to pick from or we could cancel. They offered us to use the hot tub at a second location since we wanted to stay at the first cozy location (the second properties offered were bigger vacation homes). We thought this was great since the second location had a lake, a fire table, a pool table etc etc. it seemed so beautiful, and only about a 10 minutes drive from the original. When we checked into the second location offered, the host had sent us to an entirely different property not discussed, and not one of the “you can pick one of these”. It was weird of them to make the mistake. This one didn’t have a fire table or a fire pit. Nothing of the sort. Was completely different from the listing. But there was a hot tub. We made the most of what we had. But it definitely wasn’t what was offered. When I reached out to the host they were like “oh wow really?!” And then a follow up a bit later “oh this is the listing I SHOULD have sent you”

This was our second stay here and we loved all the upgrades! The upgraded outdoor fire, and games were a hit! Hot tub was amazing and beds comfy cozy. Property was very clean and inviting! We can’t wait for our next stay.

Our stay was more than relaxing and just what we needed. The property had more than what we needed and was super clean. The host was more than helpful and responded within minutes with helpful tips and suggestions on where to go and what to do in the area. I highly recommend staying here if you need a relaxing getaway that’s remote enough for that peace and quiet but has everything you need just a short drive away. Just want to give one last thank you to our host for all of the above and we will definitely be back.

The property was private and very pretty. Lots of outdoor entertainment. Everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Good kitchen supplies. As seniors, we struggled at night with the steps to the bathroom and bedroom. Overall, it was a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was great, however, when we got there we noticed that there was an issue with one of the splits that was cooling the house. I reached out to the owner and our response was “shut up”. I did not appreciate that.

It was a pure pleasure staying here , there are houses all around but you wouldn't even know it . There was total privacy, but did go to play horseshoes could only find 3 of them .

This was a great property with everything you need. Truly a quiet, peaceful, and restful place. We loved sitting on the porch to read, play games, or even nap. Close to a few great restaurants and even a community sports field where there is a mile long walking/jogging trail.

Quiet Retreat

This cabin was cute and in a peaceful location. It was the perfect overnight stop for my husband and I and our two dogs. I wish we could have stayed longer, but hopefully, we will be back soon.

Our getaway

Unfortunately the grass was not cut so we didn’t play corn hole, outdoor grill didnot appear to be clean and none of the baking pans underneath the stove fit in the oven. Otherwise it was a very quiet and secluded location and overall clean. The hot tub was a great feature. Would consider staying again

Perfect for the two of us for a few days R&R

Very functional use of space. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Very charming little place. The loft is tiny - can’t stand up in it. Adults would probably find it inadequate. Kids (old enough to safely use narrow spiral stairway) would most likely love it!Nice quiet area with no noise other than the sounds of nature. Porch with hot tub and grill which we didn’t use since it was cool and rainy all weekend, but that didn’t stop us from hiking in nearby Hickory Run and Lehigh Gorge State Parks. A couple of decent restaurants are within a few miles.
