"Lovely hotel, and great position. However Wifi was not good if you need to work using the usualy Western programs. My Room, although non smoking had a stale smoke smell to it, and even though the room had A/C, the temperature was set centrally, and you could not adjust it on a room by room basis! "

"The hotel does not have adequate temperature control and it was 80 degrees in our room all night long. We called the front desk and asked for them to fix the AC. They changed our room but it had the same problem. Essentially the unit would not cool past 26C. Way to hot for a luxury hotel. What was worse was they tried to gaslight us in saying that it takes up to an hour after checkin to have the AC work. After three hours it was still warm and had actually gone up. "I stayed there for a outdoor music festival. I was really tired at the end of the day but the hotel was pretty easy to find, and there’s a proper driveway for uber to drop off their clients. The room is quiet and clean, bed is comfortable, and most of the facilities in the room were electric-controlled, which means you can adjust them just by a few switches beside your bed.
