“I was very disappointed with the check-in experience. I had reserved a Family Room, but I was given a room on the second floor facing the road. I went back to reception and first asked if it was possible to change the room to one with a mountain view, as we were travelling with a child and did not want to listen to traffic. The receptionist told me that Family Rooms were only available on that side of the hotel. So I then asked if it would be possible to give us a room on a higher floor instead,……

“The property is definitely the best in the area and probably the largest so it is definitely the best choice. The food, the staff, the rooms are all excellent. My only issue was with the swimming pool, it showed that the water was 27 degrees Celsius but it was closer to 25 while I was there so we only went there 1 times in 3 days, it was quite cold for the kids. Other that that, I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.”
