“Excelente estadia”

“The staff was unfriendly and did not speak any English. During check-in, they did not inform me that breakfast was included or provide the Wi-Fi password. The room was also not clean—there were long hairs everywhere. Throughout the night, a compressor—possibly from an air conditioning unit—turned on about every half hour and made a lot of noise, making it impossible to sleep. I stayed for two days, and each day the key card for my room stopped working. I had to return to the reception desk……

“The place is not luxurious but neither is the price, but it was clean, the staff were very helpful, free breakfast buffet which was good.Great location for a walk to Moinhos Vento and to the historical center. I enjoyed walking everyday and got to experience a little of the city. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Positive: The room was okay and clean but dark and not very attractive. The bed was fine, even comfortable. Negative: The door key demagnetized almost every day. There were only 3 hangers, and worse, the kind that are attached to the rod. I bought normal hangers! Very few staff spoke any English. ”

“A equipe é bem atenciosa e o quarto muito espaçoso, mas o hotel precisa de reforma. Tudo bem velho é pouco funcional. Além disso o barulho das obras do lado incomodam um pouco em alguns quartos.”
