Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers this charming 40 m² air-conditioned flat with mountain views for rent in Joch, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 155 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A bright 25 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private, enclosed garden planted with trees faces south/east and offers a beautiful, uninterrupted view of the mountains.
- A 15 m² terrace with table, deckchairs and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Joch, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private and secure outdoor car park. (3 to 4 spaces available). A car is essential for getting around.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Perpignan train station is 30 minutes away
- Perpignan airport is 40 minutes away

- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available
- Only one pet is allowed per stay, for a supplement of €15/stay. Please specify when booking
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
