Gostamos muito do hotel, fica perto da rodovia, além de ter um shopping perto indo de carro. Os funcionários são super educados e eficientes. O quarto é bem espaçoso e confortável. Super recomendo!

It was I did cater that the room has king bed but it was single beds put together which was uncomfortable. On my arrival the room was not ready. For breakfast the place was not cleaned after others had finished eating I had to wait for them to come through and clean up the table

B and B is a synonym of Night Mare!

This place is not a hotel at all,it's okay to call it an unprofessional bed and breakfast! The day we got there we entered and went round the whole place knocking on doors,no regular reception/ receptionist,a very rude half baked illiterate later came out and was introduced as a manager The room I was given had the worst staircase I have ever seen in my life and there was no potter to help with luggages! At the end of the day the door of the room was bad and with no security in sight I was too afraid to sleep there and ended up sleeping on a settee in my colleague's room! Now even my Colleague's experience is better imagined than experienced! Before we got back from the conference we came for,they changed the room parked all the belongings and put in another room and lodged some 2ladies in the room we left our personal belongings without informing us! Embarrassingly we got back and because we had the key innocently opened the door only to meet the two ladies who were as startled as we were! Of course we had to leave the place very dissatisfied and no apology from the so called manager who we can't really blame because she behaved in line with her mental capacity . We are in a better hotel now and we are very very satisfied with the environment,staff and their services In a nutshell BANDB is a no go area for anyone who wants to experience good customer service in a secured environment with a relatively intellectual set of staff....please don't go there!

convenient and clean

There was nothing I could complain about the establishment itself; it was clean, secure, and had everything we needed, it was quiet, we slept well and the breakfast was delightful. If I could make a recommendation it would be that the gentleman that checked us in could have been a little more welcoming and friendly. The location is a little hidden away and I wouldn't personally travel around the area after dark however during the day it was more than fine.
