We loved our weekend getaway at the Casitas. The house is charming and comfortable. Jen and Nancy answered all of our questions before we headed in. The atmosphere is so calm and serene, honestly it was the perfect getaway for us. We went to explore Pedernales Falls nearby and other parts of Johnson City and Blanco. The fireplace, the keurig machine, the blankets there were so many little details that made our stay so amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

Comfortable, Cozy & Convenient
There was great communication prior to our arrival & everything was just as described. Temperatures were below freezing & we arrived after dark, but yet we were pleasantly greeted with a bright porch light & a warm Casita. The automatic gate openers were appreciated, especially with 25 degree temperatures, saving us from having to get out of the truck. We had activities to tend to at Pedernales State Park & the location could not have been more convenient. We had to leave before sunrise & returned after sunset, so I can only imagine but based on the view at night I’m sure the sunrises & sunsets are spectacular. The Casita was well decorated & the beds were comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.

All That You Could Need and More
This tiny house was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. Coffee, shampoo, paper products, pellets for the grill, nightlights, games, maps ... were really nice to haves. The community area had an outdoor pavilion with fireplace, laundry room and ice machine. Nancy thought of everything to make our trip super enjoyable, not to mention she's a great decorator, utilizing the space of the tiny house to make it feel cozy and spacious at the same time.

Amazing stay
We had the absolute best experience staying at this property. We traveled with our two boys - 6&10 and the tiny home was perfect size for the 4 of us. They loved it! The outdoor fireplace/patio was a great place for us to hang out in the evenings while watching the beautiful hill country sunset. The boys loved exploring around the property. It was a great location for visiting the hill country. We hope to return again soon.

Conformable Get Away
This place is Fantastic!! It's Clean, Conformable. Ideal for the two of us. (If you have a couple children would be nice, also. There's a loft that a adult can stand up in) There is A wonderful place for a cook out with fireplace. Covered awning, tables and chairs. Refrigerator and sink for your clean up. Washer and dryer with Ice Machine. From one end to the other was Clean, and inviting) We were able to visit family in the near Towns. As well as do some shopping. Retreat back at the end of the day for rest and relaxation. The Host and assistant are very accommodating. We will be staying again when visiting family in Texas.

Girls weekend
A long-time friend & I stayed here for our annual girls weekend to visit some wineries & catch up. The Green Casita was so cute, clean, and well-appointed! We enjoyed walking on the property & sitting by a fire in the outdoor fireplace in the evening. It was very lovely! I would recommend to anyone.

Softball weekend
We were in the area for a weekend softball tournament and we decided to try a tiny house. Your house was AMAZING! We loved everything about it and wish we had more time to just relax and enjoy the property. The big TV was perfect for watching the World Series game too! Beds were super comfy and provided much needed sleep! We will come again if we are in the area!

We loved staying at The Casitas at Caballo Creek. Perfect location for exploring the Hill Country. This place has everything you need to relax and make yourselves at home. Great view, quiet area, very clean and private.

Super chic decor and fixtures, comfortable beds, and spacious for a “tiny house.” All the comforts of home plus the fun extras you want in a vacation home, including a beautiful view and extremely peaceful, quiet country setting. Great stay!
So peaceful and CLEAN! This is a beautiful property. We enjoyed sitting under the stars in the quiet of the night. The only issue we had were the birds. They have a nest on the porch and are very territorial. I ended up breaking a mug when one dived at me after trying to sit on the porch. But other than that it was a perfect experience.

Fun Girls Getaway Stay
The Green Casita was the perfect little spot for our girls getaway! It was the perfect size for our group of 4 and such a fun layout with the loft space! We enjoyed the feeling of being out on the ranch, but with easy access to Dripping Springs, Johnson City, and Fredericksburg! I was worried about finding it in the dark when we arrived on Friday night, but Nancy made it super easy and we had zero problems. We would totally book again and highly recommend for others to check it out!

The homes are beautiful and it is a great experience waking up and taking a step outdoors into the beautiful property. Nancy was a wonderful host and we did really enjoy our stay. More amenities than we were expecting. It was about an hour from Austin which is what we were expecting

My wife and I needed some time to get away from our every day life. This place was just what the doctor ordered. We love the house. It was so comfortable and relaxing. You won’t be disappointed. The host has thought about all of the big AND small details here. You are guaranteed to have a great visit and the location is perfect. The owners of this place have thought of everything! It was very clean but some of the towels were a bit stained. Not pleasant. Everything else was perfect! I wish I had more reasons to be in that area. I would definitely stay there again. Just a suggestion: a few water bottles in the fridge would be a nice little added touch.

Great stay!
We had the best girls getaway! Everything was very clean and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. My daughter also had plenty of space to play with her Barbies without tripping over her. The beds were great, and my daughter loved the ladder to the loft beds. She is already asking when we can go climb the ladder to bed again. The house was the perfect distance to the state park (also a must see). We also loved looking at the stars at night. We used the large sitting area after a long day of hiking and it was prefect for relaxing! This place is absolutely beautiful, and we can’t wait to come back!
