「Honestly we rented this property because it was the only one available on such short notice. The house was nice and properly described on VRBO. Having only 1 bathroom presented some issues and the busy street that apparently leads to the hospital was interesting. Several times (day and night) an ambulance came down the street with sirens on. It wasn't a huge deal for us but could be a problem for people who struggle going back to sleep.」

「quiet area. Place looked great. Very nice stay.」

「We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the front porch and the location was perfect for our visit with our son who is studying at a local university.」

「Host was wonderful 」

「Everything was nice and clean. The online pictures were exactly as it was in person. Great stay!」

「Thank you for sharing your wonderful property that is in such a beautiful and relaxing setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and your home is very comfortable and has everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. We hope to book again when our travels bring us to Johnson City.」

「The house was exactly as listed. Clean. Spacious. Beautiful decor. The theater room was a hit! The host was very communicative and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Lovely home! The stay was amazing and there was great communication!」

「The place was great for our family to stay for a wedding. The only complaint is the driveway is a little steep. Host was wonderful to communicate with. Definitely would use again if needed.」

「House was dirty when we checked in. Had not been cleaned…dirty wash cloth in the shower. Bugs in bed and all over the floor. We took pictures of the mess. Ashley came on Sunday and cleaned…thank you Ashley…she made the house livable. I would not recommend this house to anyone. If this is the way SANCTUARY houses are kept, I would not choose another SANCTUARY listing. It is the worse VRBO house we have ever rented.」

「Great cabin-like feel for a studio with bed and kitchenette bathroom. Super clean, the two pups were super friendly and cute to see the goats and pigs. Only minutes from the speedway and very convenient to restaurants and groceries stores. Would stay there again if in the area and highly recommend to others.」

「We were delighted with this cabin. Beautiful location, very clean, and all our needs were met. We plan to stay here again when we visit our family in Bristol.」

「We loved the literary themed decor. Very creative and colorful! The beds were incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of parking available for our group and we enjoyed sitting and visiting out on the inviting front porch and in the living room. Our host, Daphanie, was very warm and friendly. She answered questions right away and was very helpful. We had a wonderful time!」

「We stayed here while racing at Bristol. It was the perfect location close to the dragstrip. Everything was clean. Owner was very nice and responding quickly to my messages.」

「It was a great stay! Everything went smoothly, they could've used a barbecuer out there but other than that it was a fantastic stay!」

「This is an amazing property! The photos don’t do it justice! It is incredibly clean, comfortable, and beautiful! Everything about it is well thought out and so welcoming! We loved our stay!」

「We had a wonderful time at this property and cannot recommend it enough. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The location was perfect! We easily walked to all of our events in downtown Jonesborough.」

「Our stay was great! The house worked perfectly for us. If i had to say anything the furniture in the living room could be a little more comfortable and the queen mattress could be softer. And I would put blackout curtains in all the bedrooms for those who travel with kids. But overall it worked out perfectly for our needs!」
