「The good: The place was clean and the shower was great. Best water pressure of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was very small and somewhat cramped (couldn't get much in the mini-fridge), but adequate and the price was much lower than anything else around. Had very little interaction with the staff but when I did they were courteous and professional. The place is also within minutes of Mount Jefferson and the New River. Beautiful scenery and natural attractions all over that...

「The property is so beautiful. We walked the trails several times a day. Our dogs had a great vacation. They loved the freedom of the place. We heard the flying squirrels and were lucky enough to have one float past the window. Nearby we enjoyed the Grayson Highlands State Park. We did a short hike and got to see some wild ponies. The home is beautifully decorated and you can tell the owner wants you to have a great experience.」

「The property was very well maintained. We couldn't enjoy the firepit or the trail located behind the home due to rain but we enjoyed the fireplace and the home itself. Plenty of room, very clean, wonderfully stocked kitchen...could tell the owners really cared about their guests. The location is fantastic, less than 10 minutes to West Jefferson and 14 miles from West Jefferson to Boone. We have definitely found our destination for future trips.」

「My husband and I ran away for Thanksgiving. It's a holiday that stresses me out so away we went. We live in Florida, but my heart belongs to the mountains. This adorable cabin is tucked away in the mountains so you feel secluded. It's 400sqft of just right. We loved the decorations and look. Unfortunately most of our plans got rained out, but certainly not anyone's fault and we made do. Would recommend this cute little cabin to anyone.」

「This is our second time staying at this garage apartment cabin. It’s consistently VERY clean and comfortable. It is perfect for our family of four. It’s very well appointed. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had a Keurig, which we use at home. The location feels remote but is convenient to downtown West Jefferson. My only concern is that a propane heater is used for heat in the living room, which has a strong odor. The heat for the bedrooms and bathroom is on a separate system and does...

The cabin itself is located within close proximity to a couple of other cabins. It was well laid out, with primary bedroom downstairs and loft with twin beds. 「For starters, I am not sure who is at fault for the cons between the owners and the Evolve managers. Overall I had a great vacation and a lovely time at the home.
