The space
Upon entering, you'll find yourself in a beautifully designed space that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across its five well-appointed bedrooms and six cozy beds. Each room has been thoughtfully decorated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration or relaxation.

The heart of the house is the open-plan living area, where an elegant electric fireplace creates a focal point and adds warmth to the space. The living room, with its plush seating and tasteful décor, is the ideal spot for socializing, playing games, or simply unwinding with a good book or your favorite show.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need to whip up delicious meals. Whether it's a quick breakfast before heading out to explore or a sumptuous dinner to enjoy with your group, the kitchen has everything you need, including ample counter space and state-of-the-art appliances.

The entire house is equipped with very soft water.

Our house is conveniently located just 7 minutes from the Ghostwrite Public House Restaurant, offering a delightful dining experience. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to St. Albans Golf Club and Links at Echosprings, both just 5 minutes away. For nature lovers, the Spring Valley Nature Preserve and Rocky Fork Metro Park, each 15 minutes from the house, offer beautiful trails and scenic views.

Wi-Fi and Entertainment: Stay connected and entertained with our high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy a movie on one of our our big screen tv’s.

Trash collection is Wednesday mornings. If you're staying n this day it would be appreciated if you could take the trash out the night before and bring the trash can in the following day.

The yard work will be done on week days weather permitting, during which we will be accessing the garage for various equipment and one car parked in the drive way.
