We feel very bad, We got there and there was no staff. We rang the bell many times, but no one answered. That's too bad 👎 We have booked a room, but we do not have any accommodation. Because we didn't feel it was safe😢

I am familiar with the area, I went to this location because I know people who live nearby. The long and steep driveway might be odd for newcomers, but access is still easy. Room was nice and also clean. Remote didn’t work the first day but call to front desk remedied the problem. The coffee pot also didn’t work but we told the upon checkout. Shops and restaurants were nice. We had a nice hike around the grounds. Enjoyed the indoor mini-golf. A nice retreat.
