「The staff was extremely helpful and informative from the moment we arrived. I was a little underwhelmed with the rooms we had. They were on the smaller side and very outdated. The bathroom showers were tiny and did not look clean. There also wasn’t hot water in our shower. The power also went out almost every day and sometimes lasted hours, which meant no AC, no lights, no way to charge our electronics. 「Our stay at Keyonna Beach was magical from start to finish. Daniel and Rocky welcomed us warmly — Rocky handled every resort need seamlessly, and Daniel even followed up to help with room options.
