"Whilst the beds were comfortable, sheets and towels clean,and water hot, the entire property would benefit from a very deep clean, as the floor, kitchen surfaces and utensils were grimey. Stains and finger marks were on the furniture and blinds.The crockery was very clean, but dripping wet in the cupboard, I suspect from having been in a hot wash, then whilst dry but hot, stacked in the cupboard, where the condensation formed leaving the crockery items wet. Utensils in the drawer had stains on them and some did not look clean,The outside area needed to be maintained as the weeds were long and the clothes line has seen better days with broken lines and a bend in the frame. The dishwasher could benefit from an internal clean.Both the washer and dryer worked well.The shower while it had a good flow and heat, was very loose fitting on the wall. The drainage in the shower was poor with excess water pooling onto the floor outside the shower door and as the water grate is not situated at the lowest point of the floor, the excess water had no where to go. The hairdryer was not fixed to the wall, which meant it was very difficult to use.On one occasion we came back to the property to find we had no water as it had been turned off due to a maintenance issue. We were not informed of this and we had to contact your head office to find out. Whilst we understand these things happen, a quick text to notify us would have been appreciated.Ok value for money."

"The amenities were in excellent condition and extremely comfortable. The location also afforded us easy walking access to takeaway locations and supermarkets. Local traffic, other guests' and neighbors' noise were quite low. Very restful. THANKYOU."

"Good location. Easy access. Comfortable beds & clean linen. Couldn’t use the oven, microwave ok. Aircon didn’t work. Apartment not super clean but good for the money. Some traffic noise, take your earplugs "

"Nice pet friendly apartment, had all we needed , self check-in with a code , very comfortable king size bed , upstairs rooms , with bathroom also , had a downstairs toilet which was handy , no washing machine as listed , but had a guest one and dryer with payment , garbage to park in ,our car fitted ok with caution, but has guests parking or of street if you have a large car , outdoor patio all fenced with a little strip our tiny dog could use to toilet Great location, club next door with two different restaurants, bakery up end of bloke , Aldi Woolies restaurants and small mall two blocks away We plan staying next year "
