「This property is all about the view and access to the lake. Spectacular views and peaceful, quiet setting. Loads of seating on deck & around fire pit. Firewood was provided. Setup of the main house good for bigger group. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking (utensils & pots/pans). Bbq provided with extra propane tanks, if needed. 「It was my sister and I that stayed at the cottage for a week at the end of September. The cottage was small and cozy, which is what we like. We had a beautiful week of great weather and we loved the fact that the cottage was on a wetland. We like to swim if we can, but we enjoyed the water fowl very much. Geese and ducks and even herons. It was a very pretty spot. We arrived a little early and the owner was still there and it was very nice to meet her. A great stay all around. Judy.」

「We were 5 friends getting together for a couple of days to relax and get caught up with each other. This property met all our expectations; it was clean, comfortable, beautiful decor, comfy beds, soaking tub and walk in shower, amazing view of the fall colours and river and so much more. Sitting by our night time campfire roasting hot dogs and marshmallows was definitely a highlight of our visit. We will be definitively booking again.」

「Courtney was spot-on when she described the property in her listing. This place was PERFECT for the weekend my friends and I had planned. Unbelievable sunsets over the St. Lawrence from their HUGE entertainment deck. We were able to enjoy a campfire each night that was tended to by the property managers. The full-size sand volleyball court provided entertainment for hours. 2 full kitchens and BBQs allowed our group to cook for 12 people with no delays. I could go on and on. If you are looking...

「The cottage and the area are lovely. Loved the hot tub and the dock. The cottage could use some maintenance though. Broken bed. I know you said that you have ordered a new one. Very uncomfortable mattresses. Broken microwave handle. Door off the sunroom sticks badly. If these were all fixed I would come back and / or recommend to friends.」

「My family's weekend stay at this cottage was wonderful. The property has everything you could ask for, and the children loved the outdoor playground, and getting out on the lake. It didn't hurt to wake up in the morning to that gorgeous view, either! Our only regret was that we hadn't booked a longer stay - would definitely return for another visit!」

「It was a beautiful spot. A few helpful tips for the owner… print off a book for renters, (sent a pdf didn’t print it off ) some of the information was missing, didn’t know it was a gas bbq, where to find light switches for the rooms. had to search around for hand towels etc.」

「The house had a well stocked kitchen for dishes,etc. we did find the fridge a bit small. There were plenty of linens and towels. All the bedrooms are a good size. Pretty location. You can also park in front of the house, which we didn’t know until we unloaded our vehicles. Right next to the local store and LCBO. Wonderful coffee shop a walk away. Very pretty little town」

"I don't understand why it is rated as Star 2 hotel. The services is excellent; the staff are so helpful; and the environment is excellent. With swimming pool and spa; free breakfast, it is not just value for money, I am willing to pay more for such excellent hotel. It should be rated as Star 3 instead of 2 hotel. "
