“It is not bad. It is old Motel. Hotel room is not cleaning,and it is required to improve. There are microwave and samll refrigerator in room. If any the coffee or tea maker in room is better. The hotel site is close to No. 90 road and CVS store. Free wifi is good.”

“This property does not allow outside visitors. In other words only the people renting the room are allowed to be at the property. This isn't stated anywhere on the website prior to check in and should be. I came to visit woth family and was unable to entertain due to these rules. Last time I stay here.”

“Everything is fine except the policy for deposit. If you stay over you must start over. They cannot transfer deposit from day to next day an must return your deposit then start over. If you are unfamiliar with this stupidity (this is not the desk person fault) it's confusing because it is not logical it is stupid. It is to bad to see a nice property get a bad rap because of upper mismanagement.”

“The staff were very accommodating. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room just because! She said she wanted to do that for us 😀. Our key card wasn’t working and in less than ten minutes, the employee on duty at the front desk came to assess the situation and had maintenance at our room in less than ten minutes to fix the issue. Very quiet, very clean, and comfortable beds! We will definitely book with Best Western in the future!”

“Floors were dirty. Hallway was the same. Did not look as if it had been vacuum in awhile. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“This was just a quick getaway to visit family and we needed a place to lay our head. Hotel is in the middle of renovations so the halls were dirty. Loud banging the last day. Once renovations are completed I’m sure it will look much better.”

“The pool was oily and needed cleaned the first night. Was better the second day. But the continental breakfast was absolutely terrible. Upon arrival, when I went to check-in, I had booked 2 rooms. The lady at the desk was very short and abrupt.When she couldn't find my oh, the room reservation told me very short to just cancel that that it was through expedia.She couldn't help me. Her attitude changed when the expedia.Gentlemen on speakerphone told her to look under the other confirmation……

“Only problem we had was no breakfast and the man that works night shift didn't make coffee. He acted like it was a problem and got a attitude if we asked for coffee in the mornings. He was rude and looked down his nose at customers. He was short and "smartassy" if he was asked anything. Our overall stay was pleasant and we were extremely satisfied with our room and the ladies that worked the front desk!!! The owner/manager went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied!!!! We……
