“We had a pleasant stay. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The pool area was a treat. It was well-kept, clean, and had a open feel with all of the windows and doors open to the sprawling yard and the mountain views. Although the parking lot seemed large enough, parking was a little chaotic. The restaurant had a good variety of choices and reasonable prices. Recommend the hotel and restaurant.”

Malgré notre arrivée à minuit, tout s’est parfaitement déroulé grâce aux instructions reçues à l’avance pour accéder à notre chambre en toute autonomie. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable. Seul petit bémol : la piscine du spa était froide en raison de la canicule des jours précédents. De plus, le sauna n’était pas accessible le matin, sans que cette information ne nous ait……

“Our flight was delayed - so we phoned the hotel within check in time (5-7pm) and got no response. When we read back through the French messages they say you need to phone in the morning in advance if you will be late. I'm not sure how you can phone in advance if your flight gets delayed. After two stressful hours calling we gave up and had to book another hotel”

“Perfectly located a few blocks from the pedestrian center. The rooms are relatively small but don’t feel small because of the thoughtful design and amenities. Two comfortable chairs. Double sinks. Decent size desk. Very comfortable beds with huge pillow and headboard designed to make it comfortable to sit in bed, in addition to regular pillows and bedding. Delightful staff. Attractive dining room. Good breakfast and very responsive servers. Definitely a winner.”
