"The property was perfect and just what we hoped for, but dealing with Avari Management was difficult. They had conflicting written instructions for the home and when the id verification app wasn't working, I was encouraged in their messages to keep trying or lose the booking basically. When I called and got ahold of a real person after 10-15 minutes, (since the messages felt like AI responses that were not helpful), he told me right away that the app wasn't working, so I had been banging my head against the wall for nothing off and on for days. However, John was very helpful after that. He got us all the information needed. Then when we got to the place the code to get in was wrong, so it took another hour of waiting to finally get a call with the right one. Our stay was fabulous after that."

"The room was clean and well kept. We received several calls after our reservation to confirm if we were bringing a pet and needed a pet friendly room or if we were okay with stairs or not. The area surrounding the property was nice with pine trees and very walkable. The tram to the summit is close by. The location is quiet. We enjoyed our stay."

"We were a party of 6 adults. Plenty of room in the home. Nice to have 3 bathrooms. Beautiful view of the lake. Comfortable space inside and out. Nice to have the dock to fish from. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Lacked in coffee cups. Overall, the home is a very nice place to stay. Not a fan of the cameras outside but understand. Tips for owner... only 5 dining table chairs, one of which was unusable. We brought in outdoor chairs to accommodate for card playing. Might upgrade toaster to 4 slice toaster. We used the broiler which worked well. Coffee pot could use cleaning. Extra blankets would be good. We used the comforter from the twin because it was not in use. The sliders need a little maintenance as they were pretty difficult to open. Soap for all bathrooms would be good along with garbage cans. Curtains for the downstairs neighboring windows would be good too."
