Welcome to Coco’s Desert Sanctuary, a peaceful and design-forward desert escape where wellness, style, & nature meet. Just minutes from Joshua Tree’s iconic downtown and 15-minutes from the National Park entrance, making it the perfect base for stargazing, slow mornings, & soulful resets.

Tucked in a quiet, private area with striking desert and mountain views, this brand new home is beautifully decorated with bohemian and mid-century modern touches that celebrate the spirit of the Hi-Desert.

--OUTDOOR WELLNESS RETREAT--

Situated on a half an acre of land enclosed by redwood fencing, there are numerous seating and activity areas to enjoy. Your private outdoor sanctuary includes:

- Cowboy Pool w/ Shaded Gazebo
- Spa aka Hot Tub
- Authentic Wooden Barrel Sauna
- Large Shaded Patio with Dining Area + BBQ Grill
- Hammock Lounge Area
- Fire Pit (smokeless, wood burning) w/ Adirondack Seating
- Lounge Chairs w/ accompanying Umbrella

Pool & Hot Tub cleaning service every Tuesday and Friday (techs do not enter the home)

We have bundles of wood w/ fire starter kits and matches available on the property for your convenience if you'd like. Each bundle of wood + fire starter kit costs $12 (no markup just to cover our costs). WE PROVIDE ONE FREE COMPLIMENTARY BUNDLE OF WOOD + FIRE STARTER KIT FOR EACH GUEST.

Guest bedrooms have a shared full bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower offering mountain views

- 15 min to Yucca Valley for Walmart, Taco Bell, Sonic & more
- 15 min to the iconic Pioneer Town with local staples such as Pappy & Harriet's
- 1 hour to Palm Springs International Airport

--THINGS TO KNOW--

- Security: Outdoor security cameras are located in community-access areas only and face the front entrance / yard of the home. No video surveillance devices exist inside of the home or facing any of the private outdoor amenity areas.
- No Smoking: Entire property is smoke-free (inside and out).
- Max Occupancy: 6 guests per reservation. No additional guests allowed on property overnight
- Quiet Hours: Per San Bernardino County, quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4PM | Check-out at 11AM. Early/late check-in/out must be pre-arranged and may incur a fee.

--PETS--

- Pets are permitted at the host's discretion with an additional, non-refundable fee of $75 per pet per stay.
- Max of 2 pets per reservation
- By bringing pets, guests are agreeing to clean up after their pets and not allowing any damage or pet waste to remain on the property after check-out.
- Guests who do not clean up after their pets or allow their pets to damage the home and/or furniture, will be charged additional fees post-checkout, subject to the nature and cost of any additional cleaning or repairs that are deemed necessary.
