Nice modern and spacious room Great location right in the centre of OSLO and very close to the station Room was very clean and the surrounding building was very quiet The luggage room in the building was easily accessible and was nice and spacious with having no front desk, the digital key on your phone was great and there were no issues at all at check in or getting in to the room at any point would thoroughly recommend!

It was clean, good size apartment, location is close to the center but the area around it didn’t feel comfortable at night, and it was hard to notice where the main door is as the sign is inside and not clear on the road.

I arrived Sunday night and reported on Monday morning that the toilet in my room did not work. A technician came but could not repair it. After that, nothing happened. Nobody followed up, nobody offered another room. I was left using the hallway toilet while paying almost EUR 300 per night. A failed repair can happen. What is unacceptable is that the hotel then did nothing. Moving me to another room was the obvious solution. Checking in with me was the minimum. Neither occurred. I checked out early and asked for a refund of the unused night. Reception refused repeatedly, stating a refund was impossible because I had booked through Expedia. A long, unnecessary argument followed in front of other guests. The manager was contacted and backed the refusal. I left feeling I had been treated as the unreasonable one. About an hour later the hotel messaged me: after a full review, "it is clear that this was a mistake on our end." The refund I had just been told was impossible through Expedia was then processed immediately through Expedia. Nothing had changed in that hour except that someone finally looked at the facts. That should have happened before I was refused, not after I had left. The refund was not goodwill. It was the correction of a decision that should never have been made. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic problems to be handled properly.
