The hotel is going through extensive renovations. We have priced ourselves accordingly. If there ever is a problem with a room, we grant a room change to resume customer satisfaction. It was storming that day which resulted in a power surge. The elevator was up and running by the next morning at 6am due to a technician. Pool was drained due to the water for the last 2 weeks. It was storming so no one has been interested in the pool. We try extremely hard to correct any wrongs on a daily basis. We constantly strive to give the best level of service that we possibly can.Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. Hello, we appreciate your review but are disappointed because our team work very hard to make sure our guests are satisfied. We noticed that you booked the wrong room type and then requested a handicap during a sell out. Next time please let us know at the time of booking so that we can provide you exactly what you need and make sure all parties are happy.
