Als wir aufgrund des schlechten Wetters etwas spät ankamen, wurden wir von jemandem begrüßt, der uns schnell alles zeigte. Das Haus war mehr als groß genug, mit 4 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten und 2 Bädern. Alles war gut ausgestattet. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit der lockeren Kühlschranktür, aber das störte uns während unseres Aufenthalts nicht und der Kühlschrank funktionierte wie er sollte. Das einzige, was fehlte, war ein Bügelbrett, da es ein Bügeleisen gab, aber nichts, worauf man es benutzen konnte (für diejenigen, die es brauchen). Das Haus war sauber, aber nicht supersauber. Da wir 130 Euro für die Reinigung bezahlt hatten, erwarteten wir, dass es hell und glänzend sein würde. Wir hatten das Bettwäschepaket nicht gebucht, also konnten wir uns die Kissen, Matratzen und Matratzenschoner genau ansehen. Diese hatten massive gelbe Schweißflecken von früheren Besuchern, was wir der Vermieterin gegenüber erwähnten. Sie besorgte neue Matratzenschoner und wir wuschen die Kissenbezüge selbst. Es war bedauerlich, dass wir eine Nacht darauf schlafen mussten. Der Swimmingpool war ziemlich groß, aber das Wasser war während der ersten 3 Tage grün. Wir haben uns nicht darüber beschwert und das Problem wurde am 4. Tag von der Vermieterin gelöst. Letztendlich haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und die Region hat uns besonders gut gefallen!

De villa in Joyeuse overtrof onze verwachtingen. Alles was modern en schoon, en we waren onder de indruk van hoe geschikt hij was voor gezinnen. De kamer met het stapelbed was perfect voor de kinderen! Het was ook geweldig om gratis wifi te hebben om verbonden te blijven. We hebben geen problemen gehad tijdens ons verblijf en de gastheren waren erg gastvrij. We komen graag terug!

Goede omschrijving van de woning, alles was goed verzorgd, proper. Vlot contact met de verantwoordelijke die de sleutel kwam bezorgen en ons een keer is moeten komen depanneren toen we buiten gesloten werden door 1 van de kinderen. Ook bij een schadegevalletje (omgewaaide parasol waarna de parasolvoet brak (het was die periode 35° in de schaduw)) is dit zeer snel verholpen en kregen we hier spoedig een vervang voet voor bezorgd. Wat voor ons altijd een pluspunt is, is een goed uitgeruste keuken en dit was hier zeker het geval. Kortom, prima verblijf!

netjes, verzorgd. Wel jammer dat we nog 45 min hebben moeten wachten op de persoon om de deur te openen. De ontvangst was wel hartelijk. Minpunt was dat de buitentafel (in steigerhout) helemaal vervormd was door de warmte. Dit was zeker niet veilig om aan te eten door de vele verroeste vijzen die uitstaken. We hebben dit probleem onmiddellijk gemeld ter plaatse maar is jammer genoeg geen oplossing voor gekomen van de eigenaar. De persoon ter plaatse heeft ons wel goed op de hoogte gehouden.

Prywatny basen był ogromnym hitem wśród dzieci, a każdą popołudnie spędziliśmy na opalaniu się nad wodą, Lokalizacja jest idealna do zwiedzania pobliskich miasteczek, zwłaszcza Ruoms, Sama willa była czysta, przestronna i dobrze wyposażona, Uwielbialiśmy jeść śniadanie na prywatnym tarasie z tym pięknym widokiem, Gorąco polecam!
