“This hotel is horribly run. I reserved 2 nights on Expedia only to get there and the hotel staff to tell me they had no record of my booking. The room had not been cleaned or readied for guests because they were not expecting a guest. I had to call the owner who supposedly lives in Austria, made an international call for that and he was very dismissive of the situation and offered no help.
One of the managers actually told me that they were not listed on Expedia and someone else must have……

“This was my second stay at Veronique heights. When you discover good things, you always go back for more. I stayed there for the second time because of how relaxing and comfortable the place is. Excellent breakfast and professional staff. The rooms and the pool is always clean.
Easy to locate and easy to get to all the nice places in Kumasi. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a stress free vacation. ”

“Very clean rooms. Mr Asare (care taker) was very helpful. The rooms were very hot annd uncomfortable since the electricity was half current. Fans and air conditioners were not working due to the half current. Hopefully they fix the electrical issues, otherwise very clean and beautiful place.”

“You actually get what you paid for. I was looking for affordable lodging for six nights and it didn’t meet my expectations. The environment is clean and the staff wonderful. The amenities were bad. Kept changing WiFi password every day . There were no outlet in the bathroom and the bed sheets and covers were extremely bad. The breakfast was policed by staff and served in a minimal quantity.”
