「Staying at a castle is an adventure in and of itself. The owners/our hosts Don and Jennifer, are a delightful young couple who have restored the castle and have been there the past 3 years. Very helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was wonderful. The view was terrific and we had great fun enjoying a nighttime bonfire under a canopy of brilliant stars. We had a terrific dinner prepared by a French chef, Jean Claude and even went to the market in the morning with him and Don to pick out...

「The property was amazing, in fact, even better than the pictures! Geraldine and Bob were the friendliest hosts ever and were always available should you need anything. We had an amazing stay there. We went to a couple of the lakes in the area (La Jamaye 15km, fabulous) and Aubeterre. We went kayaking from Aubeterre along the river. Beautiful. Aubeterre is beautiful, well worth a couple of visits. We did loads of cooking at the accommodation as it is very well equipped. There are 2 restaurants...
