“The house was very clean and nicely decorated. I was particularly pleased with the beds. They were very comfortable. There was everything we needed although bath mats for the showers would be nice. I was a little surprised that there wasn’t any soap for the showers, something we have found in other VRBO rentals. The host Roger, was very helpful and responded to my questions very quickly. Thanks for that Roger.”

“The owners were super! Plenty of parking and COVERED parking for your UTV. They had our trail passes ready for us and anything else we needed.(ice,bottled water)Our dog Copper was very comfortable here and loved the dog visits from William and Jennifers dogs as well as the neighbors dogs. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for trail riding Bearwallow and Rockhouse. Washer & Dryer made my weekend..I like going home with my clothes already washed!”

“Alan's place is clean and comfortable. We were there for the Vandalia festival at the Capitol and we were within walking distance. Downtown is less than 2 miles and we had great meals. We also brought the motorcycle and took a few beautiful rides in the mountains.”

“We came to ride the trails. I liked that we did not have to trailer the machines to the trail head on 2 of the 3 trail systems that we went to. Myrna and family are very friendly. Always asked if we needed anything. They allowed us to arrive early and hang out in the plentiful parking area. This allowed us and our pet to stretch our legs while she was cleaning the place for us. Town’s people are friendly and very appreciative of our business.”

“This is great house, just a short drive away from downtown. Very well kept for its age and equipped with everything you need for a stay in Charleston. Just note: the second bathroom/shower is located on the main floor and very small. We didn’t have too much trouble parking our vehicles despite their size, but it could get tight with more than 2.”

“The apartment was nice. But the kitchen needed more supplies. No baking sheets for our pizza. No mittens or towels or wash clothes for the kitchen. The towels were new and still had the plastic pieces that held the tags. The mattress needs replacing. Not a single picture on the walls. Needs to few more cozy.”

“At the beginning it was rough checking in for technical reasons and Andrew & his team did a great job helping us through it! They were extremely patient & made sure everything was taken care of at the end of the night. We enjoyed the space we stayed in. It was clean, safe, & provided us a space to visit our family in comfortably.”

“This was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood and was a short walk from several shops & restaurants. The interior of the home was very wellcared for & the kitchen had all of the utensils we wanted along with most of the basic spices we could use. We will definitely stay in this home again if we visit the area.”
